இலக்கு:
ஒன்றுப்பட்ட ஊக்கமும் ஆக்கமும் நிறைந்த தமிழ் சமுதாயத்தை உருவாக்குதல்
வழிமுறை:
ஒருமுகப் படுத்தப்பட்ட தொழில்நுட்ப அறிவியல் துணையோடு, தமிழ்மொழி பயன்பாட்டிலும், கலாச்சார முன்னெடுப்பிலும் மலேசிய நாட்டில் ஊக்கமும் ஆக்கமும் நிறைந்த தமிழ் சமுதாயத்தை தோற்றுவித்தல்.
நோக்கம்:
மலேசிய தமிழரிடையே ஒற்றுமையும், புரிந்துணர்வும் ஏற்படுத்தும் அதே வேலையில் மற்ற இனத்தவர்களிடையேயும் நல்லிணக்கத்தை மேம்படுத்துதல்;
தமிழ் மொழியில் சஞ்சிகை, புத்தகம், கையேடுகள் தயாரித்து, அச்சிட்டு விநியோகித்தல் – அதோடு தேவைக்கேற்ப மற்ற மொழிகளிலும் வெளியிடுதல்;
கணினி நூலகம் அமைத்து ஆதன் மூலமாக ஒலி / ஒளி நாடாக்கள் தயாரித்து உள்ளூர் மற்றும் அனைத்துலக தமிழ்ச் சமூகப் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு வெளியிடுதல்;
மலேசிய தமிழ்ச் சமூகம் மேம்பாடு காண்பதற்குக் கலாச்சார, பொருளாதார, அறிவியல் தொழில்நுட்ப அறிவாற்றலை ஆய்ந்து, பகிர்ந்தளித்துச் செயல் படுத்துதல்;
தமிழ் மற்றும் பிற இனத்து இளையச் சமுதாயத்தினரிடையே வேளை வாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்குவதற்கு சித்த / ஆயுர்வேத தொழில் சார்ந்த மையங்கள் அமைத்தல்;
கலாச்சார மற்றும் ஆய்வியல் தொடர்புகளின் மூலமாக உலக தமிழ் அமைப்புகளுடன் நெருக்கமான உறவினை பேனுதல்.

To create a vibrant, progressive and successful Tamil Community in Malaysia
through transfer of systematic advanced technological knowledge, excellence
economic investments, promotion of Tamil language and Tamil cultural activities.
OBJECTIVES:
To foster Unity and cooperation among Tamils and promote mutual understanding with other races in Malaysia;
To print, publish and distribute journals, books and leaflets in Tamil Language and in other languages deemed fit upon needs;
To establish and operate a Media Library to produce and disseminate audio and video format information for the benefit of the Tamil Diaspora locally and globally;
To expose, educate and promote cultural, economic and technology expertise to enhance the progress of the Tamil community in Malaysia;
To establish Ayurveda and Siddha based health industries to promote employment to Tamil youths and other races;
To establish cooperation with Global Tamil Diaspora Associations so as to bring a better understanding and relations in the areas of academic research and culture exchange
